1. New students only: Apply to SCC (Admissions Office).
   Current students, proceed to step 2.
2. Complete the online application for the IBE program
   (or use the Adobe PDF version of the application).
3. Registration upon acceptance - After the IBE committee accepts a student, the student will be contacted and may then proceed to register.
